Kona Cut Prime Rib

The Kona Cut Prime Rib is the biggest plate on our dinner menu and the one regulars order without opening the card. It is roasted slow, carved thick, finished with Hawaiian sea salt, and sent out with garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, a jug of au jus and horseradish cream on the side. Order it while the sun is still up and watch it go down over Kailua Bay from the lanai.
